Welcome to the seminar of the Finnish Maritime Foundation on 31.10.2024. 

This year the seminar has the winter navigation and its future research needs as the main topic. 

The seminar brings together students, academia, industry and authorities to discuss challenges and opportunities of winter navigation and especially in relation to development of offshore wind farms.  

The event is organised at Dynamicum (Erik Palménin Aukio 1, Helsinki). The seminar is free of charge.

The Finnish Maritime Foundation has supported shipping and marine technology related academic research since 1945.
